DIGITAL AND SERVICE REFUND POLICY

  1. Final Sale of Digital Content: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium. By purchasing the "Cali Mastery Academy" or any digital program (e.g., "Get Your Artistic Handstand"), the Customer provides express prior consent to access the content immediately and expressly waives their right of withdrawal. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued once the digital access is granted.

  2. 1:1 Coaching Services: Coaching services are personalized professional services. Once the service has commenced (onboarding, initial consultation, or delivery of the first training plan), it is strictly non-refundable.

  3. Technical Issues: Technical inability to access the content due to the Customer’s hardware or internet connection does not constitute a ground for a refund. Mathilde OS will provide reasonable support to resolve access issues via mathilde.callisthenie@gmail.com
