

Who am I?
Hello, I'm Mathilde 🌙
In 2023, I started calisthenics completely from scratch .
No strength, no flexibility, no sporting background. A rather sedentary life for years. But I had a very clear desire: to learn to master my body .
I saw so many videos on social media and I kept thinking:
"But why not me?" Was it really possible to start without any experience , without a coach, all alone?
I made a lot of mistakes .
Lack of knowledge, recurring minor injuries, a lot of frustration. Eventually, I started to doubt myself, to wonder if I was perhaps not made for this sport .
I regretted not having discovered it when I was younger.
I kept thinking I should have done gymnastics , that starting at 26 was already too late. I mostly saw girls with an impressive level of skill.
and each time, they had a sporting background , often in gymnastics.
So naturally, I thought I was starting with absolutely no chance . Through practice, trial and error, and adjustments, I finally found a method that really helped me progress:
targeted , progressive , creative , and above all accessible work, even when starting from scratch.
Today, I'm playing with moves that I thought were totally out of reach .

The Get Your Artistic Handstand in One Month program is designed for those who are starting with no experience, but also for those who already have some basics and are stuck.
Are you having trouble holding a handstand for a few seconds or gaining flexibility?
The exercises are offered at several levels : assisted against a wall, with supports (books, yoga blocks), or without assistance to progress at your own pace.

I'm a beginner and I'm afraid of falling.
The program begins at the wall , with safety drills and ultra-progressive progression. You will learn to manage your exits, your balance, and your breathing.
I have little time during the week to train...
This program is designed to fit into your lifestyle . Sessions last between 30 and 45 minutes and you can schedule them 3 to 4 times per week . You can progress at your own pace and repeat sessions if necessary: no pressure.
I don't have any equipment
All you need is a wall and a flat floor . Yoga blocks or books can be used instead of props, and resistance bands are optional (recommended for warm-ups but not essential).
Will I have to train every day?
No! The sessions are designed to be effective in a short period of time. You can achieve results by training just 3 to 4 times a week.
What if I lack motivation?
You won't be alone. Every step is motivating, you'll see your progress, and I'm here with you through the videos and the community.
Is it difficult to learn tricks like the handstand?
Not with the right method. I'll show you exactly how I did it, starting from scratch, with progressive and accessible exercises.
I'm not flexible...
You don't need to be flexible to start creating a beautiful handstand.
We will work on your line, your body awareness, your mobility, and above all your presence.
Your body doesn't need to do the splits to be expressive. You'll learn to enhance what you already have, with style.
