PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Mathilde OS acts as the Data Controller. We collect data (Name, Email, Billing Address, IP) exclusively to provide our coaching services.

  1. Third-Party Processors: We share necessary data with Shopify (E-commerce), Tevello (LMS platform), and Stripe/PayPal (Payment gateways). These providers are GDPR compliant or covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  2. Marketing: Your email is used for transactional purposes. You will only receive marketing emails if you have opted-in (Newsletter). You can unsubscribe at any time.
  3.  Data Retention: Records are kept for 5 years for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. 
  4. Your Rights: You may request access, rectification, or deletion of your data by emailing mathilde.callisthenie@gmail.com.
