Terms of service

  • ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the sale of digital content, subscriptions, and online coaching services provided by Mathilde Van Haver / Mathilde OS (The Operator). By checking the box "I accept the Terms of Service" before finalizing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without reservation.

    ARTICLE 2 — DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The Site offers:

    • Digital Products: Instructional videos and training programs (e.g., "Get Your Artistic Handstand").

    • Subscriptions: Access to the "Cali Mastery Academy" via a recurring monthly or annual fee.

    • 1:1 Coaching: Personalized training and regular monitoring. No physical goods will be shipped. The Customer is responsible for their technical equipment to access the content via https://mathilde-os.com/a/members.

    ARTICLE 3 — ORDERS AND ACCESS Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. The Customer will receive an automated email with login instructions. Access is strictly personal and non-transferable. For 1:1 Coaching, onboarding details will be sent manually or via a dedicated tracking sheet.

    ARTICLE 4 — PRICING, PAYMENT & COMMITMENT

    • Prices: Displayed in Euros (€). VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French CGI).

    • Payment: Due immediately via Stripe/PayPal.

    • 1:1 Coaching Commitment: Any coaching period started is due in full. In the case of a multi-month commitment, termination before the end of the selected period does not suspend remaining payments; all unpaid monthly fees remain due until the end of the coaching duration.

    ARTICLE 5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (IMPORTANT EXCEPTION) In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content or services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period. By purchasing any program or starting a coaching service, the Customer expressly waives their right to a 14-day refund once the digital content is accessed or the coaching has begun.

    ARTICLE 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFIDENTIALITY The Operator is the sole owner of all content (videos, texts, methods). Any reproduction or sharing of login credentials is prohibited. Furthermore, all 1:1 exchanges between the Client and the Coach (videos, messages, sheets) are strictly confidential and cannot be shared without written consent.

    ARTICLE 7 — LIABILITY Programs are designed for healthy individuals. The Customer acknowledges that physical activity involves risks. The Operator cannot be held liable for any injury. It is the Customer's responsibility to consult a physician before starting any training.
