This is not a generic program.
This is personalized 1:1 coaching, built around you.
We work as a team:
your feedback, sensations, and mindset are just as important as the training itself.
The goal is not only physical progress, but also:

A minimum commitment is required, because real transformation takes time.
My 1:1 coaching is available in both English and French.

OPTION 1 Training Focused 1:1 Coaching
This option is entirely focused on training quality, technique, and progression.
How it works:
We start with a detailed discussion where we explore:
- your short and long-term goals
- your current level
- your strengths and weaknesses
Based on this assessment, I create a 2-week test program to start your coaching journey.
Everything is fully adaptable:
if an exercise doesn’t suit your morphology, your level, or your sensations, we adjust it.
Training & feedback system
You get access to an interactive training sheet where:
- each session is clearly structured
- every exercise includes a video demonstration
- you can write feedback after each workout
This allows us to track both your physical and mental evolution, and adapt your program intelligently.
For each session, you send me:
- 1 video of your best attempt
- 1 video of your worst attempt
(For certain technical skills such as flexibility or specific strength drills, one video is enough.)
I provide detailed feedback Monday to Friday.
We progress together, step by step, with your feedback guiding the evolution of your program.

OPTION 2 Premium 1:1 Coaching
The training structure remains the same, but with a deeper, more global approach.
What’s included in Premium
- Feedback and support 7 days a week, when needed
- Guidance beyond training, including:
-recovery
-sleep optimisation
-lifestyle habits
We also work together on:
- your nervous system regulation
- your recovery capacity
- your menstrual cycle, learning how to respect it and use it as a strength
- your nutrition habits, especially reducing food additives, a topic I’ve been deeply passionate about for over 13 years
⚠️ I am not a certified nutritionist, so I do not provide strict meal plans.
However, I help you:
- adjust daily habits
- move away from inflammatory or unbalanced nutrition
- integrate basic food compatibility principles
This option is for those who want a global transformation:
energy, recovery, sleep, health, mindset, and body, all working together.
